Families Needed:

Sep 16, 2009 11:30 AM

We are now looking for Connecticut parents to adopt infants of all races, including African-American, through private domestic adoption. The waiting period has become much shorter over this past year, so domestic adoption has become a more viable option for many. As always, we are also seeking families to adopt CT state foster children through our grant-funded program "Project CT's Child".

Families needed to adopt children from the Connecticut state foster care system. With the help of local grants, we are able to provide home study services at no charge to families in Eastern Connecticut. We charge our regular home study fees for families in other parts of Connecticut. Some families prefer to work one-on-one with a CT-AFS social worker, as opposed to having their study done in a group at DCF. Please call CT-AFS to find out about this program.

This agency is also seeking adoptive families who live in Connecticut for infants of all races, including those with African-American heritage (full or part) born in the U.S.
